Rome Winter Trip: December 27, 2007 to January 4, 2008
Celebrate New Years 2008 with Music in Rome
The Lancer Band has been invited to attend the "American Bands in Rome" spectacular between December 27, 2007 through January 4, 2008. This event is being sponsored by Youth Music of the World, who sponsors many interesting music trips across Europe.
This trip is still in the planning stages, and the Lancer Band must still decide whether they will attend or not.
Enrollment - deposit and form required by March 15th
The deadline for enrollment is March 15, 2007. Each musician, or family-member who's just going along for the ride, must provide $150 for deposit and fill out an enrollment form. Two travel packages are being provided: a full package, which includes round trip airfares; and land package, which includes charges only the land portions of this trip. Land coverage requires that you obtain your own air travel to and from Rome and obtain your own transportation to and from the hotel. Again, each traveler must fill out an enrollment form, regardless of package option or whether or not you are a performer. Family deposits may be combined into one check. Remember, the deadline to enroll is March 15, 2007.
