All District Music Festival
Wednesday, May 22 at Kavli Theater
The annual All District Music Festival will take place on Wednesday, May 22, at the Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza in the Kavli Theater at 7:30 PM. The evening's events will start off as usual with the AM Jazz Band. Instructions for the day's events, for both students and Band Boosters, are now online.
It's Restaurant Night Too!
Join us for dinner at one of two select establishments: Snapper Jack's or Claim Jumper. Remember to bring the flyer in order for the Band to receive credit for your purchase.

Annual Band Banquet
Friday, May 31, 2013
Our annual Band Banquet will take place on Friday, May 31, from 6:00 - 9:00 PM in the TOHS Cafeteria and PAC. All and Students get one free ticket by submitting a ticket form. Additional tickets may be ordered for parents and guests at a cost of $10 each by filling out the ticket form. The deadline for requesting tickets is May 21. No tickets will be sold at the door. See the ticket form for additional details.

Band on a Run June 15, 2013
The TOHS Band knows how to run! Do you? Join us for our annual Band on a Run. 5K, 10K and "Fun Run" options are available. Register for Band on a Run now! Register by 6/1 and save money. My apologies to the AM Jazz Band. I forgot to post acknowledgement of the their fine performance at the Reno Jazz Festival on April 26, 2013 where they received a "Unanimous Superior" rating!

Orientation, Band Survey and Audition Materials for 2013-2014 Academic School Year
Thank you for attending the Band Orientation meeting. If you haven't done so already, a survey for of all perspective Lancer Band members for the 2013-2014 school year is being conducted. We request that all students, both new and continuing students, who plan to be members of next year's Lancer Band fill out the Band Student Survey. Audition Materials are available now. Band Students who are interested in taking on a leadership position next year should fill out a Leadership Survey. You may have additional questions. Scrip is an on-going fund raiser for the TOHS Band Boosters. Orders are placed every Tuesday, you must place your order online prior to 3 PM to ensure delivery by Friday of each week. Booster Meeting schedule
All booster meetings are conducted on the second Wednesday of each month. All booster meetings start at 7:00 PM in the TOHS Band Room. Note, no meeting is planned for the month of December.

Buy a few pictures for your memory books, or buy a holiday gift with your favorite band member front-and-center. The prices are very reasonable, and are certainly much cheaper than those from professional vendors. And, all profits from sales go to the Lancer Band Boosters.
